Armuchee Village

For businesses both large and small there is room at Armuchee Village. The shopping center offers retail space ranging from 500 square feet to 7,000 square feet at competitive rental rates said property manager Gene Meyer.

Armuchee Village has been around since the 1950s, but in 2007 a new owner brought in some new opportunities and the shopping center has grown to 16 tenants.

A variety of vendors and shops already call the Martha Berry Highway location home. including Food Lion, CVS Pharmacy, Kangaroo Jake’s and Thrive weight loss.

“We have a lot of synergy. Kangaroo Jake’s is here and that brought in a child photo studio,” Meyer said.

He said the shopping center has a different set-up than anyone else in Rome.

“Tenants don’t call a 1-800 number. They can text Gene or call Gene and I will be there 24/7,” Meyer said.

The company offers marketing and business tools.

“We spend money helping tenants. We provide budget analysis and we do more for our clients than anyone else. We’ll do what it takes,” he said.
