Robert K. Finnell has been practicing law in Georgia for 36 years and has represented over 10,000 clients. He specializes in civil litigation with his focus in the areas of personal injury, medical negligence, wrongful death, product liability, professional malpractice, auto collision, workers' compensation, class/mass tort litigation, employment discrimination and sexual harassment. He is the sole practitioner of The Finnell Firm. He is well known in and around the Rome area for his extensive experience in negotiating and litigating medical malpractice cases, and has earned an excellent reputation as being highly motivated and striving for the optimal outcome for his clients.

Mrs. Chesnut is a native of Alabama and has lived in the Northwest Georgia area for 26 years. She has been a member of The Finnell Firm since 1990 and provides support to Mr. Finnell for personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. She attended Gadsden State University, Coosa Valley Technical College, and Floyd College for Business Administration.

Mrs. White is a native of Northwest Georgia. She received her paralegal certification from Floyd College in 1992, and has been with the firm since 1995. She provides support to Mr. Finnell for workers' compensation and personal injury cases.

Mrs. Crick has lived in the Northwest Georgia area since 1976. Her experience working in the legal field began in 1979 spanning over 31 years experience, 22 years as a paralegal. She received her paralegal certification in 1984 from Berry College, as well as a paralegal certification from The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta in 1988, graduating with honors. In 2008 she joined The Finnell Firm and provides support to Mr. Finnell for personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Stovall is a native of Rome, GA. Ben recieved his paralegal certification from Athens Technical College in 2003 and has eight years of working legal experience. He joined The Finnell Firm in 2011 and provides support to Mr. Finnell in personal injury cases.

Ms. James is a native of Northwest Georgia. She has been in the legal field since 1975 and with The Finnell Firm since 2007. Pat provides support to Mr. Finnell and his paralegals by managing files and obtaining critical records and information needed to complete cases.

Mrs. Waid is a native of Augusta, GA and has lived in Northwest Georgia for eighteen years. She joined The Finnell Firm in 2003 after retiring from a 33 year career with BellSouth. Lynda provides clerical support for the staff.

Jett is a native of Rome, Georgia and alumnus of Darlington School, where he graduated Valedictorian in 2009. He is currently studying Pre-Law and working towards a double major in Political Science and Economics at the University of Georgia. Jett attends court and depositions with Mr. Finnell and assists the firm in legal research, letter drafting, and file management. He began work with the firm in 2011.
