Perfect Dress of Rome

Alison Smith is fulfilling a lifelong dream at the Perfect Dress of Rome, 2013 Shorter Avenue.

Owning a wedding dress shop was a childhood dream that Smith was able to make come true in August of 2010.

Her line of wedding gowns includes dresses made by famous designers Mori Lee and Essense of Australia.

Her shop is much more than the perfect place for a prospective bride to visit. Smith carries a full line of brides maid dresses by Bari Jay and Jasmine B-2, mothers dresses By Divine and Azure, gowns for the tiniest of flower girls along with cocktail attire for women.

Smith also stocks a broad line of shoes, veils and other accessories for the woman to look her very best on most any special occasion.

The Perfect Dress also stocks a complete line of tuxedos for men.

“It’s busier than I expected,” smith said. Her business is almost recession-proof since weddings are not ever going to go out of style.

In addition to finding the right attire for the wedding, Smith’s Perfect Dress will also help with gown preservation services after the special day.

The Perfect Dress is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
